Indications:

• It is being extensively used for treating Hyperphosphatemia that plays a critical role in the development of secondary hyperparathyroidism, renal osteo-dystrophy and soft tissues and vascular calcification, a major risk factor for cardiovascular morbidity in patients receiving dialysis.
• Prescribed in Uremic HD patients and CKD non-dialysis patients to control Hyperphosphatemia.
