Our Journey

Repens Healthcare came into existence in 2016 and became fully integrated pharma company in 2017. Our journey began with introduction of specialized medicines for Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients. We gradually enhanced our product portfolio by adding Renal protective Antihypertensive and Antidiabetic Drugs for the Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients.

Management

Pavan Shetty – Founder and CEO

Mr. Pavan Shetty, is the founder of Repens Healthcare India Pvt. Ltd. and has extensive industrial experience in the Pharmaceutical & Healthcare services. He laid the foundation stone of Repens Healthcare in 2016 and the company earned its reputation as a fully integrated pharmaceutical company in 2017. A first-generation entrepreneur, Mr. Shetty hails from a remote village area, where he witnessed the struggle of patients to buy the medicines of higher price. This factor motivated him to setup healthcare business with an intent to reach every patient in Indian rural area at affordable prices.

Prior to founding Repens Healthcare, Mr. Shetty was National Manager for NephroPlus Dialysis Center and was instrumental to setup their dialysis centre pan India. He gained huge experience in Nephrology Industry during the expansion of dialysis centres across India. He served various positions in leading pharmaceutical companies including Novartis Healthcare, Aristo Pharma and RG Stone Hospital. Mr. Shetty started his career as Medical Representative and went on to become a Founder of the company.

Mr. Pavan Shetty holds Masters’ Degree in Healthcare Services and Bachelors’ Degree in Science. Currently, he is based out of Mumbai. He believes in long term association with business associates and the employees.

A lot of our customers ask us why we named our company Repens Healthcare? Our answer is: Repens means Novel and Fresh (in Latin). We wanted to offer something New, something Fresh and work for the betterment of humanity. Even our tagline states so – “Committed towards creating a healthy society”.

I have always believed in Long Term association with our customers and employees. Our significant efforts in the last few years have helped us expand to Western and Central India. This growth wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication and teamwork of all our employees.

I am continually impressed by the resourcefulness and entrepreneurial quality displayed by our people and the exceptional value they bring to the company. This allows us to deliver added product value and outstanding customer service to clients who can count on us to carry out our promises.
